Adjacent to the office tower is the Lakehouse, a retreat center offering indoor/outdoor seating and meeting/huddle space.

Our conference center has two training rooms and one boardroom. 


The training rooms each have seating for 32 people, 16 tables, and 3 monitors with laptop connections. The two training rooms may be combined into one larger space with seating for 64 people, 32 tables, and 6 monitors, or the combined rooms can be set theatre style with seating for 100 people. 


The boardroom, known as "The Deck" seats 22 people with 2 monitors.


The rooms can be reserved through Building Engines and approved by Building Management.

Coffee Café Bar
1st Floor

Open 7:30am to 6:00pm Mon - Fri. Outside seating included.  The café serves hot and cold coffee and tea drinks along with baked goods and snacks.  Beer and wine is served from 1:00pm to 6:00pm.

Lakehouse & Patio
East Side of the Pond

The Lakehouse is available to International Plaza I and II tenants.  The space offers outdoor tables and chairs and indoor seating for meetings or casual events. 


The Lakehouse includes small refrigerators, sink and countertops for catering needs.  Music is allowed to be procured for the Lakehouse and patio.

Fitness Center

The fitness center is open 5:00am to 8:00pm Mon - Fri, and is available to International Plaza I & II tenants via card access.


The fitness center offers state-of-the-art weight and cardio equipment as well as a group class space for yoga, Pilates, and other classes 


There is are full-service locker rooms and showers with towel service, shampoo, conditioner, body wash in all showers.  Also available are hair dryers, if needed.

Breakfast is available from 7:30am to 11:00am, and Lunch available from 11:30am to 1:30pm, Mon - Fri.   Catering is also available to tenants and visitors.


When the Food Hall is closed, The Park is available with drinks, snacks, sandwiches, and other items 24/7.  The café offers catering to yenant and visitors alike.

Creative Commons
3rd Floor

Creative Commons is a space used for special events set in a variety of ways depending on your needs.  Classroom style, 6 high top tables, 36 chairs, 6 for each table.  One large monitor.  The glass doors open to the lounge space if needed for events.

The Gaming Area is a social space for tenants to unwind and be playful with pool tables, shuffleboard tables, three large TV's, and lounge areas with soft seating.
